The Corporate Team at Behr Building Company has over 90 years combined construction experience in the industry. With this experience comes the expertise and professionalism necessary to successfully complete all sizes of construction projects. Behr Building Company focuses on personal attention to our clients while adhering to a strict schedule to complete projects timely while producing only the highest quality product. We strive to always be on top of the most recent trends and new products available to assist our clients in completing the project of their dreams. Extensive Experience in Each Area of Work
In the Behr organization, our field personnel have extensive experience in each area of work so that we have a clear understanding as to what’s required from subcontract forces and other members of the project team. Since 1975, they have gained this intimate working knowledge on over 4,000 sites. Whether we are lucky enough to have you as number 4,010 or 4,050, you acquire the knowledge, wisdom and experience gained on every project that has come before yours.

Hands-on management styles are utilized administratively and optionally. We maintain a clean, productive, efficient office with policies, procedures and various controls.
Behr Construction Co. has guided itself into residential construction including Design-Build & Hard-Bid new construction along with repairs, alterations, additions, remodeling and renovations. We also do consulting, expert witnessing and default take-over work as well.
The firm is a bonded, non-union entity, licensed by the State of California; Department of Consumer Affairs under registration #B409066. This active state license is in good standing and qualifies the firm under the category of General Building Construction versus any limited areas of specialty.
From 1996 to present, Behr Construction Co. has been recognized as one of the Top 500 Remodeling companies in the United States, published in the national magazine The Qualified Remodeler. There are over 7,000,000 contractors in the United States. We are proud to be on this list.
Projects range from remodeling and room additions to new custom homes ranging in size from 1,500 to 10,000 square feet. Our completed projects range in value from $500 repairs to new homes valued at over $10,000,000.
Behr Construction Co. has been Crescenta Valley Weekly Finest General Contractor in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2017.
We are able to help you design a new home or remodel around your budgets or design a budget around your new home or remodel.
